For those unfamilar with this style of bicycle, Yes, it is a recumbent. Interestingly, it is an Australian designed recumbent. More important, the recumbent riding position of the Cruzbike puts you at a similar height to diamond frame bicycle riders. And the fact that it is a front-wheel drive (FWD) recumbent bicycle means the drive chain is the same as on a diamond frame bicycle.
