The Book Industry Strategy GroupIn 2010-11, it was an absolute delight to be asked to act as Technical Adviser to The Hon. Dr Barry Jones AO, FAA, FASSA, FAHA, FTSE, FACE in his role as Chair of the Book Industry Strategy Group (BISG). The final report is now available. BISG's work was interrupted by the political turmoil, that resulted in an early Federal Election and a minority Labor government. The caretaker mode of government meant that projects like BISG were "on hold" for a long time. Thus the engagement extended over 2010 into 2011. And Yes, we also were responsible for the ALP's Federal Campaign ICT - which made 2010 a busy year.
